Snook and Redfish on the bite in South Tampa Bay PDF Print E-mail
Written by Capt. Tony Frankland
Tuesday - April 14, 2009

Hi and happy Easter to all.

Snook and redfish have been on tear this past week.  With my charters catching up to  45 snook and 12  redfish.  Also the snook have moved out of the rivers and back bays on to the flats and to there summer time home south of Ruskin.

Redfish have also been biting good in the Fort Desota area flats.  Trout have been caught in the deeper flats in the same area. The bait is on most flats and things should stay in this pattern for a while, so book your charter now.  Spots for summer are filling up fast.

Thanks and tight lines,

Captain Tony Frankland
