Hi everyone. I hope Christmas was good for all. The south shore area of Apollo Beach was holding a good amount of snook on Friday and Saturday with most snook caught on deep water docks. On shrimp and live sardines with 3/0 hooks, four big snook that were hooked and could not be stopped before they broke us off. There is also a lot of trout on the deep water grass flats! Trout were caught up to 23 inches and there is also a lot of redfish up on the shallows flats. With the weather warm until the next cold front late next week the fish should bite great so tight lines and good fishing and to all have a good new year. - Capt.
