There have been a lot of trout in the 6 foot deep area off the grass flats of Tampa Bay. There has also been a lot of redfish in about 1 foot and a half foot range of water. This is real good for sight fishing but they are real spooky in the shallow water. Snook are in the back creeks of the south shore area. There has also been some grouper on the edge of the ships channel being caught on deep diving plugs. Scaled sardines are the best bait for the snook. Also special thanks to good friend Captain Rob Burns for letting me use his boat last week for a charter I had when my boat was in the shop. It pays to have good friends. That's all for now.... back soon with a update. Tight lines, - Capt. Tony Frankland View my Snook Fishing Trip package For availability inquires use the Request Info Form
