Hi again to all. Lets start out by talking about this cold front coming our way this weekend! On January 9-10, 2010 the low temperatures may kill snook who are already in danger from the low temps.
The silver trout bite will be best in the deep water canals and deep the water around the power plants. Also the sheepshead fishing should be good around the rocks and sea walls. The best bait for them is shrimp and small fiddler crabs. Thats it for now stay warm out there and tight lines. Captain Tony Frankland

Lets hope the snook hang on in the cold weather. The best bite with the cold weather is in the canals of Tampa Bay and also the power plants of Tampa and Apollo Beach area.
